国际学生签证办理流程

根据《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》，所有持X1签证的学生应在入境之日起30天内申请居留许可。国际教育学院将协助学生准备申请材料。学生须亲自到西安市公安局出入境管理局办理签证。

地址： 西安市公安局出入境管理局，雁塔区太白南路与科技路交叉口西100米

办公时间: 上午9:00-17:00(周一至周五)

费用: 400元/年

交通方式（建议学生从雁塔校区出发）：

地 铁：乘坐地铁四号线到大雁塔站；

转乘地铁三号线，到太白南路站，从C1口出站。

公交车：在学校北院西大门对面乘坐313路公交车；

从鲁家村站到太白南路站下车。

出租车：前往西安公安局出入境管理局(约20分钟，20元人民币)。

所需材料：

1.护照原件

2.来华留学生签证申请表(JW202)

3.外国人签证文件申请表

4.学费收据

5.四张照片(两寸彩色免冠白色背景：33毫米×48毫米)

6.外国人住宿登记表

7.护照和签证页复印件

8.体检证书

9.400元现金

办理流程：

1.在二楼拍摄数码照片。

2.把上述所有申请文件带到三楼1号窗口。

3.支付签证费(每年400元人民币，只收现金)，并提供两张收据。

4.将其中一张收据退回到1号窗口，并妥善保存另一张收据。

5.根据收据上指定的日期持居留许可证领取护照。

6.在国际教育学院112办公室复印居留证，并留存居留证复印件。

International Student Visa Process

According to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, all students with X1 visa should apply for a residence permit in China within 30 days from the date of their entry to China. The School of International Education will assist students to prepare application documents. Students should apply for the Visa in the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Xi’an Public Security Bureau in person.

Address: Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Xi’an Public Security Bureau, 100 meters west of intersection of Taibai South Road and Keji Road, Yanta District.

Office Hour: 9: 00 a.m.-17: 00p.m. (Monday to Friday).

Cost: 400 RMB per year.

Transportation(Students are advised to depart from Yanta Campus):

Metro: Take Metro Line 4 to大雁塔/Da Yan Ta station

And Transfer to Metro Line 3

Head to 太白南路/Taibai Nan Lu station, and get off at C1 exit station.

Bus: Take No. 313 bus at the opposite side of the West Gate of XAUAT Campus

鲁家村/Lu Jia Cun Station to 太白南路/Taibai Nan Lu Station.

Taxi: Go to西安市公安局出入境管理局/ Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Xi’an

Public Security Bureau (about 20 minutes, 20RMB).

Documents:

1.Original passport

2.Visa Application form for Foreign students studying in China (JW202)

3.Application form for visa documents for foreigners

4.Tuition receipt

5.Four photos (two inches on a colored, bareheaded white background: 33mm×48mm)

6.Registration form for foreigner’s accommodation

7.Copy of passport & Visa page

8.Medical Examination Certificate

9.400 RMB in Cash

Procedures:

1.Take digital photos on the 2nd floor.

2.Bring all the application documents mentioned above to window 1# on the 3rd floor.

3.Pay the visa fee (400 RMB/ year, cash only) and two receipts will be given.

4.Return one of the receipts to window 1# and keep the other one properly.

5.Pick up your passport with residence permit according to the appointed date on the receipt.

6.Copy the residence permit at the 112 office of SIE, and keep the copy one.
