国际学生体检流程

体检预约：请登录“陕西国际旅行卫生保健中心”微信公众号，预约成功后，请凭预约短信在约定的时间办理，若不能如期前来受理，请提前一天在“我的预约”取消预约，以免影响下次预约。

体检时间：法定工作日上午8:00—11:00

体检地点：西安市含光北路10号 西安海关含光路办公区B座1楼

交通方式（建议学生从雁塔校区出发）：

公交车：在学校西大门（雁塔校区）对面乘坐313路公交车，从鲁家村站到含光路站，下车后向北走1公里。

出租车：告诉司机师傅去西安海关检验检疫技术中心（大约需要20分钟，花费20元左右）。

体检所需材料：护照原件、近期4张二寸白底彩色免冠证件照片（4.8×3.3cm）、最近一次体检报告

体检费用：303元人民币左右。可以用微信、支付宝和现金支付。若用现金支付，请自己提前准备好零钱。

注意事项：体检前一日晚上8点以后不要吃饭，10点以后不要喝水。体检报告仅提供一份，建议大家取得体检报告后自己扫描留存，并原件交给辅导员用于签证办理。

Medical Examination Process for International Students

Appointment : Please log in the WeChat public number of “Shaanxi International Travel Health Care Center”, and after making an appointment, please go there at the appointed time with the appointment text message. If you can't come to accept the appointment as scheduled, please cancel the appointment one day ahead of time in “My Appointment”, so as to avoid affecting the next appointment.

Time: 8:00-11:00 a.m. on working days.

Place:1F, Block B, Xi'an Customs Office Area, No.10, North Hanguang Road, Xi'an.

Transportation（Students are advised to depart from Yanta Campus）：

Bus: No.313 at the opposite side of West Gate of XAUAT in Yanta Campus 鲁家村/Lu Jia Cun Station to含光路/Han Guang Road Stop; and northward 1 km.

Taxi: to 西安海关检验检疫技术中心/ Xi’an Customs Inspection and Quarantine

Required documents :

original passport, four recent 2-inch color photographs (4.8×3.3cm) with white background and the latest physical examination report.

Cost:

about 303 RMB. Payment can be made by WeChat, Alipay and cash. If you pay in cash, please prepare your own change in advance.

Precautions:

Do not eat after 8:00 p.m. and do not drink water after 10:00 p.m. on the day before the examination. Only one copy of the medical report will be provided. It is recommended that you scan the medical report and keep it by yourself and give the original to the counselor for visa application.

1. 西安建筑科技大学地址：中国陕西省西安市碑林区雁塔路中段13号，710055

2. 从西安火车站到学校：可乘坐30路、41路、500路区间。从西安火车站坐车至鲁家村站，步行182米即可到达，全程约37分钟。出租车约25分钟，车费约20元。

3. 从西安北站到学校：可从北客站（出口）乘坐地铁四号线至西安建筑科技大学/李家村站（D口）抵达学校，全程约38分钟。出租车约60分钟，车费约50元。

4. 从飞机场到学校：可从咸阳机场乘坐机场大巴陕西历史博物馆线路至陕西历史博物馆，换乘5路、30路、K30路即可到达。全程约2.5小时。出租车约60分钟，车费约120元。

Transportation to XAUAT

1. Location of XAUAT: No. 13 Yanta Road, Xi'an, Shaanxi, 710055

2. From Xi'an railway station to Campus : Take bus NO.30, NO.41, NO.500 (shuttle bus) from Xi'an railway station to LUJIACUN stop, walk 182m to campus. It's about 37 minutes. Taxi is about 25 minutes, 20RMB.

3. From North Railway station to Campus:Take metro line 2 to Xi’an JIANZHU KEJI DAXUE/ LI JIA CUN stop (Exit C) to campus. It takes 38 minutes. Taxi is about 60 minutes, 50RMB.

4. From airport to Campus: Take XIAN YANG international airport shuttle bus (Line: Shaanxi History Museum) to Shaanxi History Museum. Then change bus No.5, No.30 or K30 to campus. It takes 1.5 hours. Taxi is about 60 minutes, 120 RMB.
