新生报到注册

1.被录取者必须在规定的时间来校报到注册。如无法按时报到，应在开学前至少2周告知学校，经学校同意后，方可延期入学。否则，将被取消入学资格。

2.新生报到注册时须携带以下材料：

1）有效的护照原件

2）X1/X2签证

3）录取通知书原件

4）JW201/JW202表

5）体检报告原件

6）8张护照尺寸照片

3.被录取者必须在入境后24小时内，来校报到注册。若无法在入境后24小时内来校报到，应在临时住宿的宾馆或最近的公安局派出所办理临时住宿手续，否则，将受到公安部门的罚款。

4.报到注册时按学期（或学年）一次性缴纳全部学习费用。

5.被录取者原则上第一学年必须在国际学生公寓居住。如果公寓已满员，可在校外租房住。房间和床位由国际教育学院统一安排,所有学生应服从安排。国际学生凭公寓缴费收据入住学生公寓。如特殊原因，暂住校外的学生应向国际教育学院提供租房合同和房东联系方式。

6.报到注册地点：国际教育学院

新生报到注册时需到国际教育学院国际学生管理办公室按照流程完成报到注册手续。

Registration

1.Admitted students shall register at XAUAT before the deadline stated in the Notification of Admission. If a student cannot register in due time, he/she must inform XAUAT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to the start of the semester to obtain an official permission. Otherwise, the admission will be canceled.

2. Admitted students shall bring the following documents for registration:

1) Valid Passport 2) X1/X2 Visa

3) Original Admission Notification 4) JW201/JW202

5) Completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form

6) 8 photos (3 cm x 4 cm)

3. Admitted students MUST register at XAUAT within 24 hours after arriving in China. If a student CANNOT register in due time, he/she MUST register at the hotel or the nearest police office where the student will temporarily stay. Otherwise, the student could be fined according to the law.

4. Admitted students are required to pay all the fees for an academic semester (or one academic year) on registration.

5. All admitted new students are required to lodge in international student dormitory for the first academic year. Rooms and beds are arranged by SIE, all students should obey the arrangement. Students who apply to live in international student dormitory should show his/her receipt of the accommodation and SIE will arrange the rooms then. Students who live off-campus should support SIE the house rental contract and an emergency contact or phone number of the landlord.

6. Registration location: School of International Education.

In registration, admitted students shall go to Students Affairs Office to go through the procedures step by step to finish the registration.
