本学期的课程已临近尾声，寒假即将来临。现将我院2020年寒假具体安排通知如下:
学生从2020年1月11日(周六)开始放假， 2月22日, 23日(周六周日) 报到注册，2月24日(周一)正式上课。寒假期间2020年1月11日至2月24日之间不办理居留许可(签证)延期手续。 请各位学生依照寒假安全注意事项，度过一个平安，愉快的假期。
1、放假时间：2020年1月11日- 2月22日，请在2月22日，23日(周六周日)报到注册，2月24日（周一）正式上课。所有留学生必须在规定返校日注册报到，无特殊原因不得请假，在规定注册日和正式上课时间之后到校的学生，学校会根据其旷课时数和情节严重程度依据学校相关规定对其进行相应处罚。
2、请自觉遵守中国法律、法令及校纪校规。
3、为防止发生火灾等事故，禁止在宿舍非指定地点使用电磁炉、微波炉等加热电器。禁止在宿舍内使用明火，存储易燃、易爆物品。
4、在宿舍休息或离开宿舍请注意关好门、窗，保管好自己的贵重物品，做好防盗工作。
5、宿舍内不得留宿外来人员。
6、无论在校还是在外，一定要注意人身及财产安全,特别注意交通安全、游泳安全、饮食卫生等等，以免产生意外。
7、根据宿舍管理规定，住校学生必须在11：30pm以前返回宿舍，另为防止发生意外，校外住宿学生请在
11：30pm以前返回公寓。
8、根据公安局规定，外出请携带护照。
9 、在外出旅游时，旅途过程中不要轻信陌生人，提高警惕，防止上当受骗。
如果离校返乡或外出，须提前到国际教育学院112办公室请假，返回的同学请将往返机票复印件交至国际教育学院112办公室马老师处备案。

Dear International Students：
The Winter Holiday is coming, we would like to inform you the arrangements of 2020 Winter
Holiday:
- The Winter Holiday starts from 11th January, 2020 to 22nd February, 2020. The class will begin on
24th February ,2020.
- Every student must sign in for new semester registration on 22nd ,23rd February ,2020.
- There will be no Residence Permit (VISA) extension service during Winter Holiday.
- If you have any question and problem, contact SIE office every Monday, Wednesday, Friday during the Winter Holiday.
Students need to follow the Winter Holiday instructions. We hope all the students will have a safe
and pleasant Holiday.
—Safety Instructions in Winter Holiday—

February,2020 (Monday). Every student should be back to school before the registration date. Please arrange your time properly and the students who cannot come back before the date or can’t go to classes on time will be treated as absent and given corresponding punishments by the office.
2.Please abide by the Chinese laws and university regulations.
3.Please use stoves, microwaves etc. in designated places. Flammable and explosive materials (alcohol、gas etc.) are not allowed in dormitory in case of fire.
4.Please do not forget to close the door and windows before you leave the dormitory.
5.Students should not accommodate other people in dormitory.
6.Please pay attention to personal and property security especially traffic security, swimming
security, and food hygiene.
7.According to the dormitory regulation, students who live on campus should be back to dormitory before 11:30pm. For the students who live off-campus, it is better to go back to apartment before
11:30pm.
8.According to the regulation of the Public Security Bureau, please bring the passport when you go out.
9.Please be vigilant when you travel in case of being cheated.If you plan to go back home or leave campus, please ask for leave in SIE office 112，and please submit the copy of your tickets to SIE office 112.
